We offer free shipping on all orders over $200.
We offer two flat rates for all other orders: for orders under $100 shipping is $9.99, for orders over $100 shipping is $15.99.
We ship via Australia Post and Couriers Please, and you will have the option at checkout to choose either Standard or Express Post. Freight is not included in product pricing, it is calculated and applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch. In-stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days. If you place an order that contains both backorder and in-stock items, the order will be automatically split to ship in-stock items immediately. Products not available will be placed on backorder and dispatched once back in stock.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link.
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of your dispatch email, please email [email protected] so we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.
Shipping fees apply to each separate order.
All our styles advertised should be in stock, unless it is stated as being on Backorder. On this occasion, your order will be shipped to you once we have received it into stock. Occasionally we run out of a product and when this happens, we will offer a refund or exchange.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns on “change of mind” goods. Please be careful when purchasing online as colours may vary from screen to product purchased. If you are unsure about the colour of a certain product, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to help. Most Miss April products are made with yarn that has been hand dyed, therefore some variation between the same product can occur. The colours of some products, particularly pompom towels, may change in vibrance or tone slightly between each order. This is not considered a fault.
Return of faulty items should occur within 5 days of receiving them. We will only offer a refund if the product is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate style is unavailable for exchange. To report a faulty item, please email the details of the damage and an image to [email protected], and quote your invoice number.
Sale items and samples are not returnable or refundable.

Miss April is not liable for the loss of an item being returned so we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Please ensure all details are correct as all orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated.
