I initially used these towels at an Air BNB and loved them , hence went home to purchase some.
After ordering this robe we encountered delays and eventually I had my money refunded as the robe hadn’t arrived.
Some time later I received the robe complimentary to compensate . I was very surprised and grateful. This really does show great customer service and care . I would also like to emphasise Britt was in contact promptly throughout the initial problems and refunded the money when requested.
