Within Australia

  • Free shipping within Australia for orders over $300
  • All other orders | Standard Shipping - $12.99 or Express Shipping - $19.99

International 

  • 0-1.5kg - $20 AUD
  • 1.51-5kg - $35 AUD
  • 5.01-15kg - $49 AUD

When will my order be sent?

We prioritize the prompt delivery of your order and aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them, provided that the items are in stock and available for shipping. 

Our warehouse is based in Sydney, and we send out orders every weekday.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link.

If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of your dispatch email, please email orders@missapril.com.au so we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

When will I receive my order?

Standard shipping within Australia will take between 2-8 business days, however within the Sydney area, it will generally be between 2-3 days.

Express Post within Australia will take between 2-4 days.

Product Availability.

All our styles advertised should be in stock, unless it is stated as being a preorder. On this occasion, your order will be shipped to you once we have received it into stock. Occasionally we run out of a product and when this happens, we will offer a refund or exchange.

If you place an order that contains both backorder and in-stock items, the order will be automatically split to ship in-stock items immediately. Products not available will be placed on backorder and dispatched once back in stock.

Order changes and Cancellations

If you decide you would like to change your order after it has been placed, we will be happy to help! You can email us at info@missapril.com.au with your order number and a clear explanation of what you would like to modify. If your order hasn't been shipped, we will do our best to assist you promptly.

RETURNS

Returns on 'Change of Mind' goods

We offer a 14 day returns policy on 'change of mind' goods. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as your order number. Please send an email to orders@missapril.com.au providing the details of your return before returning your order to the below address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your item. Additionally, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Once your Return has been approved, we will send you a postage label, please post your item along with your Order Confirmation Number.

Exchanges

Return of faulty items should occur within 30 days of receiving them. We will only offer a refund if the product is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate style is unavailable for exchange. To report a faulty item, please email the details of the damage and an image to orders@missapril.com.au, and quote your invoice number.

Once your Return has been approved, we will send you a postage label, please post your item along with your Order Confirmation Number.

PLEASE NOTE
Please be careful when purchasing online as colours may vary from screen to product purchased. If you are unsure about the colour of a certain product, please email info@missapril.com.au and we will be happy to help. Most Miss April products are made with yarn that has been hand dyed, therefore some variation between the same product can occur. The colours of some products, particularly pompom towels, may change in vibrance or tone slightly between each order. This is not considered a fault.
