After chasing up this order myself I discovered the towels had been waiting at a collection point for over a week. I received no notification that they had been shipped or that they were awaiting collection. I love the towels but was disappointed with the after sales service and lack of communication.

Eleven years ago I came back from a holiday in Turkiye with my first set of multicoloured Pom Pom towels. After 11 years constant use they are still the best towels I have ever had - in both drying and appearance. Now I have a new set from Miss April. I would love to return to Turkiye but in the meantime I have a little reminder every day.
